Damn, that's why I stopped reading books. I was always one of the top 5 or so kids in accelerated reader lol, but by early college I just couldn't stay engaged and it was frustrating having read a page and realizing I had no recollection of it. I can read articles and retain/regurgitate that info no problem, but books offer so much more that I know I'm missing out on. Sub'd here years ago because I like the idea of getting back into it, but I haven't really made an Lips I Am A Female Veteran I Don’t Have An Inside Voice Just A Mouth With No Filter Shirt effort to do so. Seriously, seeing you and others admit to a problem that was keeping me away from reading makes me feel better about it. Think it might be time to pick up that copy of Kitchen Confidential or Art of War or Business Adventures or like a dozen others that have been staring me in the face for a decade... Ha that sounds like a college reading list but I want to pick up where I left off which was...well, in college.
