Dude gives an incredible spiel about how he’d want to make love to his deceased wife one last time, it was truly a beautiful bit of writing. Then someone else comments “I also choose this guy’s dead wife” and the rest is history. I agree. I think Leslie has the Just A Woman Who Loves Freddie Mercury Vintage Shirt passion, enthusiasm and ideas, while Ben is much better at logistics and insight. Previous factors could influence the structures' attractiveness to animals. (One could be the first one that migratory birds see while in flight and think it looks a good place to stop, do some pecking, shit, etc) Same goes to weed/plant growth, insects, and human activity.  In short: even if we were there in real time observing all of those factors with modern technology, we still would do a really shit job of predicting erosion effects... Because there are just far too many variables to measure and to even consider. Want proof? Write some words down on 3 pieces of paper and just toss them in a woods or field somewhere...
